개인정보처리방침

송재철(이하 "운영자")는 jcalendar(이하 "서비스")를 제공하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보와 이용 목적

2. Google 사용자 데이터
2.1 요청하는 권한(스코프)과 사용 목적
openid,email— 연결한 Google 계정의 이메일 주소를 확인해 기본 캘린더 ID로만 사용합니다.calendar.freebusy— 상담사 캘린더의 바쁜 시간대(Free/Busy)만 조회하는 권한입니다. 일정의 제목·내용·참석자는 이 권한으로 읽을 수 없으며, 예약 가능한 시간을 계산하는 데에만 사용합니다.calendar.events.owned— 예약이 접수·확정·변경·취소될 때, 서비스가 만든 예약 일정을 상담사 본인 소유 캘린더에 생성·수정·삭제합니다. 생성되는 일정에는 고객 이름·문의 내용·연락처·(상담 유형에 따라) Google Meet 링크가 포함되며, 이는 상담사 본인 캘린더에만 기록됩니다.
2.2 이용 제한 및 보호
- Google 사용자 데이터는 위 기능을 제공·개선하는 목적으로만 사용하며, 광고 목적으로 사용하거나 제3자에게 판매·제공하지 않습니다.
- 사람이 Google 사용자 데이터를 열람하는 것은 상담사 본인의 요청, 보안 및 법령 준수, 또는 서비스 운영상 필수적인 경우로 한정합니다.
- Google 사용자 데이터를 일반화된 AI/ML 모델의 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.
- OAuth 액세스·리프레시 토큰은 AES-256-GCM으로 암호화하여 저장하며, 전송 구간은 HTTPS로 보호합니다.
- jcalendar가 Google API로부터 받은 정보를 다른 앱으로 이전하거나 사용하는 것은 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 준수합니다.
2.3 연결 해제 및 삭제
- Google 계정 → 서드 파티 앱 및 서비스에서 언제든지 서비스의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.
- 서비스 안의 설정 → Google Calendar 연결 관리 → 연동 해제 버튼으로 연동을 해제하면 저장된 토큰·캘린더 ID가 즉시 삭제되고 Google 측 토큰도 폐기됩니다. 이미 생성된 예약 일정은 상담사의 Google Calendar에 그대로 남습니다.
- 그 밖의 삭제 요청은 info@jcalendar.app 로 보내주시면 지체 없이 처리합니다. 계정을 삭제하는 경우에도 함께 파기됩니다.
3. 보유 및 이용 기간
- 상담사 계정 정보: 회원 탈퇴(삭제 요청) 시까지
- 예약·고객 정보: 해당 상담사의 계정이 유지되는 동안 또는 삭제 요청 시까지. 관련 법령에서 보존을 요구하는 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
- Google 연동 토큰: 연동 해제 또는 계정 삭제 시까지
- 보유 기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다.
4. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 처리를 위탁하며, 일부 업체의 서버는 국외에 있습니다.

위 수탁자 외의 제3자에게 개인정보를 제공하지 않으며, 법령에 근거한 요청이 있는 경우에만 예외로 합니다.
5. 정보주체의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있으며, info@jcalendar.app 로 요청하시면 지체 없이 조치합니다. 예약 고객은 예약 확인 메일의 링크에서 예약을 직접 취소할 수 있습니다.
6. 쿠키 및 로컬 저장소
로그인 유지를 위한 세션 쿠키와 언어 설정(로컬 저장소)만 사용하며, 광고·추적 목적의 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
- OAuth 토큰 암호화 저장, 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS)
- 데이터 접근 권한 최소화 및 서버 측 인증·소유권 검증
- 속도 제한 및 봇 차단을 통한 부정 이용 방지

9. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 변경되는 경우 시행 7일 전부터 서비스 내에 공지하며, 이용자에게 불리한 중대한 변경은 별도로 안내합니다.
Privacy Policy

송재철 ("we") operates jcalendar (the "Service"). This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and what controls you have.

2. Google user data
2.1 Scopes we request and why
openid,email— used only to read the email address of the connected Google account, which serves as the primary calendar ID.calendar.freebusy— lets the Service see only the busy time ranges (free/busy) of the consultant's calendar. Event titles, descriptions and attendees cannot be read with this permission. Used solely to compute available booking times.calendar.events.owned— creates, updates and deletes the booking events created by the Service, on calendars the consultant owns, when a booking is requested, confirmed, changed or cancelled. Created events contain the client's name, inquiry, contact details and (depending on the booking type) a Google Meet link, and are written only to the consultant's own calendar.
2.2 Limits on use and protection
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve these user-facing features. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.
- Humans do not read Google user data except with the consultant's consent, for security purposes or to comply with law, or where necessary to operate the Service.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI/ML models.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and data in transit is protected with HTTPS.
- jcalendar's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
2.3 Disconnecting and deletion
- You can revoke the Service's access at any time in your Google Account → Third-party apps & services.
- Using Settings → Manage Google Calendar connection → Disconnect in the Service immediately deletes the stored tokens and calendar ID and revokes the token with Google. Booking events already created remain in the consultant's Google Calendar.
- For any other deletion request, email info@jcalendar.app and we will process it without undue delay. It is also deleted when you delete your account.
3. Retention
- Account data: until you delete your account or request deletion.
- Booking and client data: while the consultant's account remains active, or until deletion is requested; longer only where the law requires.
- Google connection tokens: until you disconnect or delete your account.
- We delete data without undue delay once the purpose is fulfilled or the retention period ends.
4. Service providers and international transfers
We use the following processors to operate the Service. Some of their servers are located outside South Korea.

We do not provide personal data to other third parties except where required by law.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing of your personal data at any time by emailing info@jcalendar.app. Booking clients can also cancel their booking directly from the link in their confirmation email.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use only a session cookie to keep you signed in and local storage for your language preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Security
- Encrypted storage of OAuth tokens and HTTPS for data in transit
- Least-privilege data access with server-side authentication and ownership checks
- Rate limiting and bot protection against abuse

9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the update in the Service at least 7 days before it takes effect, and notify users separately of material changes that are unfavorable to them.
