이용약관

1. 목적
이 약관은 송재철(이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 jcalendar(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 운영자·이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.
2. 서비스 내용
서비스는 상담사가 예약 가능 시간을 설정하고, 고객이 예약 위젯으로 예약을 신청하며, Google Calendar 연동과 이메일 알림으로 일정을 관리하도록 돕는 예약 캘린더입니다.
3. 계정과 이용자의 의무
- 이용자는 정확한 정보로 가입하고 계정·비밀번호를 안전하게 관리해야 합니다.
- 이용자는 서비스를 통해 알게 된 고객의 개인정보를 관련 법령에 따라 적법하게 처리할 책임이 있으며, 고객에게 필요한 고지와 동의를 받아야 합니다.
- 서비스의 정상 운영을 방해하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위, 불법 정보의 전송은 금지됩니다.
4. Google Calendar 연동
이용자가 연동을 승인한 경우에 한해 서비스가 Google Calendar에 접근하며, 그 범위와 목적은 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다. 이용자는 언제든 Google 계정에서 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.
5. 서비스의 변경·중단
운영자는 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경·중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 사전에 공지합니다.
6. 면책
서비스는 예약 조율을 돕는 도구입니다. 이메일 지연, 외부 서비스(Google 등)의 장애, 이용자의 설정 오류로 인한 손해에 대해 운영자는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이용자와 고객 간의 상담 내용과 계약은 당사자 간의 문제입니다.

1. Purpose
These terms govern your use of jcalendar (the "Service"), operated by 송재철, and the rights and obligations of the operator and users.
2. The Service
The Service is a booking calendar that lets consultants set their availability, lets clients request appointments through an embeddable widget, and helps manage schedules through Google Calendar integration and email notifications.
3. Accounts and your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for handling your clients' personal data lawfully, including giving any required notices and obtaining any required consent.
- Do not interfere with the Service, infringe others' rights, or transmit unlawful content.
4. Google Calendar integration
The Service accesses your Google Calendar only if you authorize it, within the scope and for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account.
5. Changes and discontinuation
We may change or discontinue all or part of the Service, and will give notice of material changes in advance.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is a tool for coordinating appointments. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for losses caused by email delays, outages of third-party services (such as Google), or misconfiguration by users. Consultations and agreements between consultants and their clients are solely between those parties.
